The Healthy Minds materials have been designed in partnership with Young Minds to:
- Support London staff and young people to gain a better understanding of mental health and related issues
- Help build resilience to prevent mental health issues from developing
The activities are designed predominately for use in upper KS2, KS3 and KS4 but can be adapted for use with other young people as required and there are further resources designed for staff and /or parents’ use.
